The announcement follows criticism of a financial Transocean Ltd. login that 2010 was his "best year" in security often.

Toma, executive Vice President, global business.
Transocean Ltd., said in a recent filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, hefty bonuses and increases to top executives partly based on the performance of the company "security" in the last year.
"Notwithstanding the tragic loss of life in the Gulf of Mexico, we an exemplary statistical safety record reached interest rate, measured by our total recordable incident and total potential severity" the SEC statement reads. "These standards measured, we recorded the best year in safety in the history of our company."
Security accounted for 25% of the performance measures, the the 2010 bonus plan, definitely specified the proxy form.
