April 24 (Bloomberg) - a Palestinian policeman in the West Bank killed an Israeli civilian and four others wounded after opened fire at a "suspicious movement" Office of the spokesman for the Israeli army said in a statement by e-mail.Palestinian officials informed the Israeli army of the shooting and the two parties will hold a meeting to discuss the incident later today, according to the Declaration.
