(Dpa) - –a Wisconsin woman, apparently enraged about the new law, which limited collective bargaining for government workers, is accused of sending E-mails to 16 Republican State Senators threatened to kill them.
Katherine Windels, 26, is facing four counts of using a computer to threaten to hurt or damage and create authorities, scare a bomb, said.
